On November 17 and 19, 2026, Bi-2 will perform concerts with an orchestra in Germany—in Ludwigsburg and Hamburg. As part of their 2026–2027 world tour, the band will present a special program that blends rock and symphonic music.
Thousands of concertgoers will have the chance to see and hear the majestic sound of their favorite songs accompanied by a symphony orchestra. Today, the concept behind Bi-2’s concerts with an orchestra features a solemn and mysterious atmosphere in the Gothic style, complete with corresponding majestic elements—black velvet, candles, a round mirrored screen, and the magnificent stage costumes worn by the performers. The concert will feature the band’s hits and songs from all of their albums.
The History of the “Bi-2 with Orchestra” Project
The show’s history began in 2003 with a bold experiment. The idea was to present the band’s songs in a new light, preserving their rock foundation while adding the expressive power of a symphonic sound. Over the years, dozens of compositions have been arranged for orchestra.
One of the project’s notable milestones was the collaboration with the Prague Metropolitan Symphonic Orchestra. Under the direction of Felix Aranovsky, new arrangements of Bi-2’s songs were prepared for symphonic performance: in one of the programs, orchestral parts were added to 16 compositions, including “Bowie,” “Musa,” and “Rivers of Love.” It was precisely this combination of rock music with an orchestral score that shaped the show’s distinctive musical concept.
